" I hired Mari for a 75th birthday celebration. . The communication prior to the event was top-notch, The menu she created was exceptional, she arrived at the time she told me she would. She worked diligently throughout the time she was here. Clean up was perfect. I cannot say enough about our experience. I had no idea what to expect, since I had never had a private chef, and only went off of suggestions from an online group of people I do not know. The entire experience was suburb! " ~Angie
" Marjoram Cuisine catered a week long work project for us – 3 meals a day for 30 people. She was absolutely crucial to making our project a success!! Mari Jo ensured everyone’s dietary needs were taken care of, and that allergies were well considered and planned for. Quality and care were evident throughout all of Marjoram Cuisine’s business.
Every meal was delicious! Our vegetarian loves her tempe bacon, and BBQ and Asian nights were particularly big hits. My favorite item was a toss up between the egg salad sandwich or the pimento/tomato/bacon on croissant. Everything was stunning and Mari Jo is a pleasure to work with! "We are so pleased with our experience! Mari Jo prepared an incredible Mediterranean-inspired family-style supper for my mother’s birthday celebration. She was incredibly responsive, respectful of the many allergy restrictions, and fairly priced, and the food was fantastic! She delivered our platters and everything was beautifully presented. It saved me a ton of work and everyone loved it! I will absolutely use her for future events as a private chef."
"Mari was amazing! We gave her a menu and she delivered, plus some! Chef Mari catered a private bachelorette party for 10 girls for 3 days straight. Everything from amazing appetizers, and creative dinners, along with lunches she packed individually so we could take with us on our vineyard adventure. Everything was fresh, and delicious, as well as accommodating everyone’s dietary needs. Would love to hire her again."
